Dr Gavin Milligan worked in the chemical industry before moving to the food sector. He has worked in supply chain, operations and commercial roles and is currently Group Sustainability Director at WJFG. He is a member director of Sedex, sits on committeesat FoodWasteNet, the Food Sector KTN, Campden BRI and SHU.
