Tammy lives in the Midlands with her Husband and two children- where as well as developing her own start up food business she is also Global R&D Manager for PepsiCo. She is hugely passionate about the food and drink industry having spent over 10 years in product development of large blue-chip business’s, holding roles spanning technical development, marketing, and disruptive innovation. Tammy has worked for Mars, PepsiCo, Britvic Soft Drinks and Twinings.
